Virginia Way Plaza is a 77,200 rentable square foot, Class A office building that was constructed in 2001. The property is located in the Maryland Farms office development, which is one of the most desirable office sub-markets in Nashville.

Within 18 months of acquiring the property, the venture had downsized its largest tenant and either renewed, extended or re-leased the remaining tenant space in the building. During its ownership tenure, TRP successfully enhanced the value of Virginia Way Plaza, which was 100% leased at the time of sale.

The property was purchased in August 2005 and sold to an unrelated third party in December 2007.
